The Jews’ aspiration for civic emancipation will remain futile as long as society continues to be dominated by capitalists. Such a society hinders integration and generates antisemitism. However, contrary to what the communists and radical revolutionaries think, not all vestiges of Jewish identity should be shunned. The vision is for a world made up of socialist societies free of capitalist exploitation and religious authority, societies which allow their members to live in equality and foster national-cultural singularity.
