Text: The Autonomists

Text Panel

The Jews are a people who have matured beyond the need for a sovereign state. Accordingly, they only need to receive national minority rights coupled with cultural autonomy. This vision can be fulfilled, first and foremost, in the largest center of Yiddish-speaking Jews in Eastern Europe rather than in the Land of Israel. Even though there is value in the existence of a small, autonomous Jewish center in the Land of Israel, the primary objective is a collection of Jewish-national minorities in Europe, all enjoying state-supported cultural autonomy.
