Jewish-Moroccan comedian and actor. Born in Casablanca, Morocco to a mime father. The family emigrated to Montreal, Canada when he was 17 where he studied at university and then transferred to Paris and studied drama at Cours Florent acting schoo. In 1996 appeared in Salut cousin! and subsequently in many other French films and the TV programs: Lover for Loan and Collection Point.In 2006, he was awarded the Order of Arts and Letters by the French Minister of Culture. His solo performance La vie normale was awarded the Crystal Globus award.. In 2019 starred as himself in the Netflix TV series Huge in France.
